We support the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in respect to human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption. An active collaboration with our customers, suppliers and other stakeholders is the key to the further development of sustainable rental solutions. We expect our suppliers and partners to meet high ethical standards, i.e. to comply with the requirements of the Supplier Code of Conduct.
United Nations Global Compact
Boels Group is signatory to the United Nations Global Compact; the largest voluntary corporate sustainability initiative in the world. Boels’ participation commits continuous efforts to integrate the Ten Principles in our sustainability strategy, culture and day-to-day operations. Within the frame of the UN Global Compact, we have formed Sustainability policy and aligned our Code of Conducts. We have also identified 6 goals where our actions have the highest impact to supporting to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.

Code of Conduct
Every day, we make decisions that affect our business. Our business success is built on relationships – with our colleagues, customers, suppliers and each other. The basis of these relationships is integrity and trust. The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to guide employees in the decisions they make about the company and the actions for which they are responsible. We take actions to ensure that all employees are familiar with our policies and procedures.
Whistleblowing
Speaking Up on any inconsistencies with Codes of Conduct is critical to our supply chain due diligence process, quality standards and risk management. Our whistleblowing channel is opened for internal and external reporting.
ESG due diligence
Customer and stakeholders’ requests regarding to ESG due diligence and CSRD requirements are rapidly growing. While these requests share a common core, their formats and systems vary. At Boels Group we take our responsibility seriously and we have set sustainability related actions as one of our priorities. To support our customers and other stakeholders to navigate more easily in our ESG related documentation and processes, we have made summarizing document of our ESG related efforts.
