June 25th 2026, Boels Rental proudly announces a successful repricing off its Term Loan B (TLB), whilst reducing the facility amount from €1,05 billion to €1 billion. The repricing reduces the interest rate margin applicable to the TLB to 225 basis points above Euribor, under unchanged conditions.
Commenting on the transaction, Chief Financial Officer René Olsthoorn says: “The repricing against favourable interest rates is a very good result. It is a good reflection of the confidence of both existing and new investors in Boels’ business model and market position. We would like thank our investors for this trust and look forward to realizing our growth ambitions.”
On this repricing, ING and Rabobank acted as Global Coordinators and active bookrunners. ABN-AMRO Bank, BNP Paribas and J.P. Morgan acted as passive bookrunners.
