Boels recently placed an order for 700 new machines with JCB, including a large number of excavators, wheel loaders and telehandlers. The machines will be delivered and available for rental in the coming months.
Boels is constantly looking to add to and expand its range. The rental company regularly invests in new machines, and thus also in the rental market in countries where Boels operates. The order consists of some 700 machines, including telehandlers, rotary telescopic handlers, wheel and crawler excavators and wheel loaders. As also a large number of electric scissor lifts and electric dumpers
JCB global major accounts manager Claudio Fiorentini added: ‘We are delighted to receive this large order from Boels, especially as the deal is one of the largest in JCB’s history for excavators and wheel loaders. Boels Rental has been a valued customer of JCB for many years.’
Substantial expansion
The order, worth €78 million, consists of some 700 machines, including telehandlers, rotary telescopic handlers, wheel and crawler excavators and wheel loaders. As also a large number of electric scissor lifts and electric dumpers. Completely new in Boels’ range will soon be the new JCB 15-18 tonne crawler excavator with a reduced rear swing.
