As of 1 April 2026 COO Reiant Mulder will step down from his board position. Boels seizes this momentum to reshape its Group Management Board. After 7 years of leading operations, Mulder is pursuing a new opportunity outside Boels. Lars Reehorst will take on the role of COO.
Additionally, three new Board positions will be added. Erik Damoiseaux will be appointed as Chief Business Officer (CBO), Manon Douven as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Bob de Leeuw as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). All four newly appointed board members have cultivated their experience at Boels, demonstrating long standing commitment and deep familiarity with the organisation. With this expanded leadership team at the helm, the organisation is set to navigate the future.
Pierre Boels, CEO explains:“With this reshaped Board and the addition of internal talent we are fortifying our identity, reinforcing our solid foundation and securing our strategic vision. I am fully confident that we keep advancing on the strong path of our achievements”

In addition to the new appointments, Boels also acknowledges the significant contributions of Reiant Mulder. Since 2018, he has played a pivotal role in shaping Boels as it is today. Reiant was one of the driving forces behind many transformations and under his leadership, Boels grew in multiple ways – both organically and through strategic acquisitions, including Cramo and Riwal.
Pierre Boels, CEO says: “I would like to sincerely thank Reiant for his commitment, leadership and impact he has had on Boels. He leaves behind a strong organisation with an empowered leadership team and passionate people. Lars Reehorst will have a great platform to build upon. I have greatly enjoyed working with Reiant and wish him every success in the next step of his career.”
Reiant Mulder adds:“I am grateful for the opportunities I have been given at Boels and for the trust, collaboration and dedication of so many colleagues across the organisation. I am proud of what we have achieved and wish Boels every success going forward.”
