At Attero’s waste processing site in Tilburg, the Netherlands, safety is a top priority. From early morning until late afternoon, trucks continuously enter and leave the premises. This calls for a clear traffic structure. That’s why Boels Site Security barriers are used to manage the traffic flow.
Controlled site access
Several barriers are installed around the site, including at the weighbridge. They ensure trucks enter the premises in a controlled and staggered way. Drivers wait their turn to load or unload. The barriers are operated by Attero’s own staff, keeping the site organised and safe.
We work closely together and know what we can expect from each other. If we need something, it gets sorted.
Scaling up together
Boels Rental and Attero have enjoyed a successful partnership for years. Edwin de Laaf-Buis, Site Manager Organic at Attero: “We work closely together and know what we can expect from each other. If we need something, it gets sorted.” The solution works so well that Attero has scaled it up over time. The site in Venlo is next in line to implement the barrier system.
Safety first
With 18 locations and 3.6 million tonnes of waste processed each year, Attero knows how crucial safety is. Clear traffic management keeps things structured – and ensures safe working conditions for everyone.
