To develop our new employer brand, a comprehensive assessment was made. What makes Boels so unique as a company, according to our employees? How are you as an employer perceived by future employees, and experienced by your current employees? That image of you as an attractive employer is mainly determined by what you have to offer to your employees: your employee value proposition. The results of this research formed the basis of our new employer brand.
