Safety has the highest priority at Boels Rental!
Boels Rental now supplies a safety harness as standard with the rental of aerial work platforms. This means you no longer need to order a safety harness separately with your rental. With this move, Boels Rental takes its responsibility as a ‘Partner in Safety’. The additional service applies in all countries where Boels operates.
Safety first
We have a ‘safety first’ policy and want you to be able to work 100% safely with every machine we deliver. Working with an aerial work platform is completely safe, provided the right measures are taken and the operator sticks to the safety rules. For some work platforms such as scissor lifts, wearing a safety harness is recommended. For other work platforms, for instance telescopic boom lifts, it is mandatory. Yet it is still not standard practice for rental companies to supply aerial work platforms including safety harnesses. We have now taken this step.
Partner in Safety
As your Partner in Safety, we are always looking for new ways to unburden you when it comes to safety. One example is our specialist training division – Boels Training, which offers practical IPAF work platform training where you can obtain an internationally recognised certificate in one day. The standard delivery of safety harnesses is an extension to this total service in safety.
Freedom of choice
The safety harness is delivered in a specially developed sealed bag. If the seal remains unopened, the harness is not charged. This way, you are always free to choose whether to use the harness or not.
