Solar Weekend is surely one of the most creative festivals in the Netherlands. The multi-faceted event takes place once a year in Roermond. Again in 2019, for the ninth year running, the organisation was able to build upon the expertise of Boels Rental. Thanks to the close cooperation between the international rental company and the organisers of Solar, and of course also the fantastic programme, the more than 32,000 visitors enjoyed a wonderful festival weekend.
Easy and complete
Solar Weekend is a great example of how easy and complete One-Stop Shopping is at Boels. Boels has a range of specialisms it can use to contribute to the success of the event.
Months before the start of the event, all specific wishes and requirements of the organisation are inventoried and Boels offers advice in choosing the right equipment. The fact that they have been working together for nine years shows how satisfied the customer is. “We know exactly what is expected of us and our entire team more than lives up to those expectations,” says Dennis Dubbelman, key account manager at Boels Events.
Time and energy
“The fact that the festival again went perfectly this year is also partly due to the efforts of Boels. We put a lot of time and energy into the entire organisation. From the very first project meeting through to dismantling and cleaning up afterwards, Boels always puts its very best foot forward”, Dennis Dubbelman continues.
