Cramo introduced the ‘Report on Desired Incident’ (RØH) in 2023, a reporting system where workers can report on their own daily measures or those of their colleagues to increase safety at work.
‘Great openness about near-accidents and safety measures proposed by employees is absolutely crucial to reduce accidents at work,’ says Heidi Settemsdal, head of HSE at Cramo Norway.
