Proposed text: Our site address is: https://group.boels.com.
Response
Proposed text: When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, the visitor’s IP address and the browser user agent to help detect spam.
An anonymised string created from your e-mail address (also called a hash) can be sent to the Gravatar service if you use it. The privacy policy page can be found here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is publicly visible in the context of your comment.
Media
Proposed text: If you are a registered user and upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading images that contain EXIF GPS location data. Visitors to the site are able to download images from the site and view location data.
Cookies
Proposed text: When you leave a comment on our site, you can indicate whether your name, e-mail address and site may be stored in a cookie. We do this for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in these details again for a new comment. These cookies are valid for one year.
If you visit our login page, we store a temporary cookie to check whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.
Once you log in, we will store a few cookies that are related to your login information and screen display options. Login cookies are valid for 2 days and cookies for screen display options are valid for 1 year. If you select “Remember me”, your login will be saved for 2 weeks. Once you log out of your account, the login cookies are deleted.
Whenever you edit or publish a post, an additional cookie is stored by your browser. This cookie contains no personal data and merely holds the post ID of the article you edited. This cookie expires after one day.
Embedded content of other sites
Proposed text: Messages on this site may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, images, messages, etc.). Embedded content from other sites behaves exactly as if the visitor had visited this other site directly.
These sites may collect information about you, use cookies, embed additional third party tracking and monitor your interaction with such embedded content, including recording your interaction with embedded content if you have an account and are logged into that site.
Who we share your data with
Proposed text: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset e-mail.
How long we keep your data
Proposed text: When you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are stored forever. This allows us to automatically recognise and approve follow-up comments instead of having to moderate them.
For users who register on our site (if applicable), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception that they cannot change their user name). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.
What rights do you have with regard to your data
Proposed text: If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you may request an export file of any personal data we have retained about you, including any data you have provided to us. You may also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include data that we are obliged to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Proposed text: It is possible for visitor comments to be checked via an automated spam detection service.
