Terms and conditions for submission

• The initiative takes place within the countries where Boels is active.
• The application is submitted at least one month before the initiative.
• The initiative cannot be linked to one single individual.
• The initiative may not be sponsored by another rental company.
• The initiative may not have a political or religious character.
• The initiative is not unsafe in its nature or have any known safety risks.
• The initiative has no directly traceable harmful effects on the environment and/or the living environment.
• The initiative has no negative impact on the general business operations and customer support of Boels Rental.
• The initiative is non-profit.
• The initiative is not a collection or fundraising campaign.
• The initiative is not affiliated with or organised by a student union.

Conditions for selection

We sponsor as many high-quality projects and events as possible – preferably those with a long-term strategy. We are truly convinced of the power of partnerships. The number of requests for sponsorship has seen a strong increase over recent years. However good and praiseworthy many of these initiatives are, we are unfortunately not able to support all of them given the quantity. Our sponsorship committee evaluates and compares the various applications using a number of measures, such as:

1. Substantial (local) impact of the (construction) project or event on one or more of the topics of sport & culture, welfare and sustainability.
2. The consideration offered makes a substantial contribution to the visibility, name recognition and/or image of Boels.
3. The project or initiative contributes to a (new) long-term cooperation relationship.
4. The financial position/situation of the company or foundation is transparent and demonstrates that (full) self-financing is not possible.
