Boels Topholding B.V. (the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is pleased to announce that it has launched a proposed offering (the “Offering”) of €500 million in aggregate principal amount of fixed rate senior secured notes due 2030 (the “Notes”), ranking pari passu with the Group’s existing notes, EIB facility and existing senior facilities.
The completion of the Offering is subject to market conditions and, if completed, the Company expects to use the net proceeds from the Offering to: (i) repay and cancel a portion of the Group’s existing term loan B, (ii) finance the acquisition of the Riwal Group and (iii) pay fees and expenses in connection with the transactions. The interest rate and offering price of the Notes will be determined at the time of pricing of the Offering, subject to market conditions. An update will be provided in due course.
