Our Swedish subsidiary Cramo AB has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares of MG Rental AB. Following acquisitions in the Nordics earlier this year, the deal strengthens Cramo’s already leading position in the rental industry and is part of Boels Group’s growth strategy. Through the acquisition, Cramo supplements its geographical presence and capabilities in terms of assortment, expertise and experience.
Commenting on the transaction, Cramo’s CEO Martin Holmgren says: “Cramo is on a steady growth journey with the support of Boels Group. We have a sustainable strategy for how we will continue to be number one in the industry – the acquisition of MG Rental is an important part of that.”
MG Rental AB is a Swedish privately owned company in the field of equipment rental and sales of related products in Sweden. The company, which was founded in 2007, is based in the Stockholm area and operates out of six locations in the region. MG Rentals CEO Mattias Matsson comments: “Over the years, we at MG Rental have had a good relationship with Cramo and helped the region’s customers in various ways. We think very alike and have the same view of what is important to satisfy customers – there is more that unites us than divides us. It feels very reassuring, and I dare to say that this deal brings great benefits for us, Cramo and our customers.”
