In 1980, Pierre Boels Jr. first became involved in the company. The day-to-day management has been in his hands since 1996. Thanks to his strong entrepreneurial spirit, the company has undergone unprecedented development in recent years. Growth, seeing opportunities and customer orientation are in his DNA.
Jan Piet Valk – Chief Financial Officer Boels Group
Since April 2020, Jan Piet Valk has been the Chief Financial Officer of Boels Group. As Chief Financial Officer, Jan Piet Valk is responsible for overall financial management, M&A, H&S, Sustainability and Real Estate. He manages a healthy and profitable company with a keen eye for changing circumstances and market developments.
Reiant Mulder – Chief Operations Officer Boels Rental
Reiant Mulder has been Chief Operations Officer since October 2018. As COO, he provides commercial and operational leadership to all operational Business Units of Boels. As well as IT, Digital Solutions, Business Process Management, Marketing & Communication and Customer Care. With a forward-looking and down-to-earth approach, he is the driving force behind a perfect customer experience.
Guy Cremer – Director Fleet Operations Boels Rental
Guy Cremer has been working at Boels since 1989. He has been involved in the Fleet Management department since 2000. Under his leadership, Fleet Management developed into a professional, customer-oriented and innovative department. Through his years of experience and intuition, he ensures an optimal return and a good balance between supply and demand of equipment.
Martin Holmgren – Chief Executive Officer Cramo
Since the acquisition of Cramo in January 2020, Martin Holmgren has been a member of the Boels board. Martin Holmgren has been CEO of Cramo since August 2020 and oversees the day-to-day management in Scandinavia. With his extensive experience and fresh perspective, Martin provides balance and innovation at Cramo.
