Enabling sustainable growth
We are known for our resilient business model that enables sustainable growth. Every five years we aim to double in size, which has been successfully achieved over the last four decades. 2021 was an excellent year for Boels with record revenue and strong profitability. Despite COVID-19 we realised €1.3 billion in revenue. An increase of 7.1% compared to 2020.

Growth strategy
Boels’s growth strategy is based on five pillars: multi-delivering strategy, operational excellence, optimum depot management, organic growth combined with add-on acquisitions and a diversified product and customer base. Every five years we want to double in size.
CSR
Boels believes in sustainability and sustainable rental equipment for everyone. We are therefore working actively on our Corporate Social Responsibility policy. And have set up a CSR framework divided into four CSR focus areas which ensures that we work with all aspects of CSR.
Multiple end-markets
One of Boels’ strengths is the variety of end-markets we serve. Being active in multiple end-markets provides us the resilience to reduce volatility of both market and macro developments, as well as events. We have one of the largest fleets of general and specialist rental equipment.
Added value
We focus strongly on added value for our customers. We make their challenges and opportunities easier to reach by providing rental equipment where and when they need it. Equally, we create added value for society as a whole by lowering emissions and offering optimal logistic solutions.
