On April 6th, our annual anniversary celebration took place. A special day where our jubilarians and their tireless dedication at Boels Rental were at the center of attention. Jubilarians from across Europe were present to celebrate their 10, 25, or even 40 years of service together.
As a family business, we value our employees and the relationships among them greatly. From making them feel welcome and appreciated to investing in their development. Because our employees shape and color our company. Traditionally, we celebrate the long-term commitment of these employees, which by modern standards are exceptionally long, during our annual anniversary celebration.
This begins with transporting the jubilarians along with their partners from their place of residence. From all over Europe, we welcome our colleagues to this anniversary celebration, held at Château Neercanne in Maastricht. After a warm welcome, Pierre Boels addressed all the jubilarians, then personally thanked all the 25- and 40-year jubilarians and presented them with a golden pin for their years of tireless dedication. A joint dinner followed.
The largest group in attendance, nearly 100 jubilarians, celebrated their 10-year anniversary this year. Over 20 colleagues celebrated being in service at Boels for 25 years. Also, this year, we had 3 employees celebrating a special milestone: their 40-year anniversary. Naturally, we continue to invest in our jubilarians and all their colleagues to ensure they can excel with us for many years to come.
Next year, we will of course continue this tradition, once again celebrating the anniversaries with a large group of colleagues. We are still enjoying the jubilee celebration of 2024, but are already looking forward to this festive evening where we will honor our jubilarians of 2025.
