Just one of the insights of a survey carried out on behalf of Boels Rental among nearly 200 B2B rental customers in Europe. The survey was held to get a thorough understanding of the needs in the rental market. The research shows that, when it comes to hiring equipment, price is not in the top 3 purchase criteria. Which goes against general assumptions that price is the deciding factor.
Purchase criteria are consistent with the drive of the market to finish projects with as little hassle as possible. No matter the challenge or deadline, no matter the industry. As one of the participants in the European research clearly states: In construction, projects never run as planned.
Based upon the research Boels Rental launches a European wide campaign: Boels keeps you going. The new international campaign starts on 19 September, and focusses on the customer and the job they need to get done.
