Boels group acquires three rental companies to expand its specialist rental divisions in Sweden, Germany and the UK. Today, Boels announced the acquisition of KraftX AB, a specialist rental in power and backup power for industrial, construction and infrastructure sites. KraftX AB will become part of Cramo, Boels’ subsidiary in Sweden. Last week Boels acquired Illumin8, is a leading UK lighting tower rental specialist. Earlier Boels’ industrial division acquired Safelift, a lifting and hoisting specialist in Germany.
Expansion of power offering in Sweden
KraftX AB is a rental company specializing in generators and backup power for manufacturing, construction and infrastructure industry and electric power distribution. Expansion of lighting tower offering in UK
Illumin8 is a lighting tower specialist with customers across varied industries such as construction, events, civil engineering, rail and TV & film. Expansion of lifting and hoisting offering in Germany
Boels’ Industrial division also recently acquired a German lifting and hoisting rental company called Safelift. The acquisition of Safelift increases Boels’ industrial rental fleet and deepens its specialist knowledge of lifting and hoisting technology.

Boels group aims to scale up its market positions by offering a continuously expanding one-stop-shop solution to its customers. That includes general rental and specialist rental solutions.
